Growing property management firm looking to build a relationship with an established bookkeeper (with onshore or offshore capacity) to handle volume as we expand.

We focus on multifamily, senior living, and other property types. We are seeking flat rate pricing per entity. This is a behind the scenes role, we handle all client, tenant, and vendor communication. We are ideally seeking a female lead bookkeeper.

• Your pricing per entity, project and cleanups (cleanups should be a separate line item as some clients don't require clean up)
• A brief note on your current team setup/capacity and your experience with property management bookkeeping, month-end closes (exp. with construction/rehab bookkeeping is a plus but not nec.), and relevant softwares (we work inside the clients' existing software)
