The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
Zone A: $150,000 - $180,000
Zone B: $141,500 - $170,000
Zone C: $131,500 - $158,000
As the Senior Communications Manager, you’ll …
Own the day-to-day execution of Webflow's internal communications program, including company-wide announcements, our internal editorial calendar, and recurring communications.
Lead planning and production for major company moments, including monthly All Team meetings, Webflow Kick Off (WKO), and other company-wide events.
Write and edit communications for Webflow executives across internal and external moments, including employee messages, talking points, presentations, speeches, and other executive communications.
Support major company and product announcements, working with the Director of Communications and Communications Lead to turn communications strategies into strong execution.
Work across People, EPD, Revenue, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other teams to gather context, develop communications, and keep high-priority work moving.
Support company changes with communications plans, FAQs, manager materials, leadership messaging, and follow-up communications.
Jump into other communications work when priorities shift, including executive prep, research, messaging, external communications, and special projects.
Own and improve the systems behind our internal communications, including our editorial calendar, intake process, playbooks, and publishing workflows.
Use AI to reduce manual work, move faster, and spend more time on the communications work that requires context and judgment.
About you:
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, executive communications, PR, or a related communications role, ideally at a high-growth technology company.
Exceptional writer and editor who can move comfortably between different voices, audiences, and formats.
Strong communications judgment, particularly when working with sensitive, incomplete, or fast-moving information.
Experience working directly with senior leaders and turning messy or complicated inputs into strong communications.
Experience running communications programs, company-wide meetings, launches, or other high-visibility moments.
Strong project management skills and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving at once.
Strong cross-functional skills and experience working across teams such as Product, Sales, Marketing, People, Finance, and Engineering.
Experience working in remote or distributed organizations.
