PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT ORACLE ERP / O2C

We are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle ERP and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and implementations. The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of business process knowledge, techno-functional expertise, and solution architecture experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Oracle ERP O2C implementation projects and initiatives.
Analyze end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design scalable and effective solution architectures.
Provide techno-functional guidance across O2C processes.
Identify process gaps and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.
Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams throughout implementation.
Support solution design, testing, deployment, and production activities.
Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
Prepare solution design documents and technical documentation.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

15+ years of overall IT/ERP experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP O2C implementation.
Excellent understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
Strong techno-functional consulting experience.
Experience in solution architecture and solution design.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in the PST time zone.
