Scrum & Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Scrum & Technical Project Manager to lead agile delivery across multiple technology teams. The role will focus on Scrum management, project/portfolio delivery, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Coordinate across multiple Agile teams and manage Scrum of Scrums.
Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and dependencies.
Manage project/portfolio tracking using Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, and EazyBI.
Monitor delivery performance and provide data-driven insights.
Coordinate between technical and business stakeholders.
Support production issue management, root-cause analysis, and prioritization.
Drive Agile best practices, process improvements, and change management.
Support the adoption of automation and AI across requirements, development, testing, and release processes.
Required Skills:

Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and Technical Project Management.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, and/or EazyBI.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with portfolio/project management and risk management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
PMP certification is preferred.
