RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager Marketing Cloud in New York, NY.

REQUIREMENTS:
Salesforce & Marketing Technology:
* Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud products and enterprise CRM ecosystems
* Hands-on or product ownership experience with Marketing Cloud Next/Agentforce Marketing, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Account Engagement, Data Cloud, Salesforce Campaigns, Flow, and Reports/Dashboards
* Understanding of customer data platforms, segmentation, consent management, identity resolution, personalization, and omnichannel marketing
* Experience with APIs, integration patterns, web forms, preference centers, and marketing data flows
* Knowledge of deliverability, sender reputation, domain configuration, and email/SMS operational practices is highly desirable

Product Management & Analysis:
* 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, CRM, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Technology
* 5+ years of experience delivering Salesforce or enterprise marketing technology solutions
* Experience conducting discovery, As-Is/To-Be analysis, Fit-Gap analysis, roadmap planning, prioritization, and business case development
* Ability to create BRDs, functional requirements, solution designs, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT plans, and release documentation
* Experience working with globally distributed teams and senior business stakeholders

Marketing Domain Knowledge:
* Strong understanding of campaign management, customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, lead generation, nurture, personalization, and marketing operations
* Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing models, attribution, funnel conversion, lead management, and customer engagement metrics
* Familiarity with digital advertising, UTM tracking, forms, landing pages, campaign ROI, and CRM campaign attribution
* Experience balancing global standards with regional marketing, language, regulatory, and business requirements
