Sr Software Engineer

In this individual contributor role, you will own end-to-end delivery across both front-end and back-end systems, designing, implementing, testing, deploying, and operating software that is scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable. You will partner closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to transform business needs and customer requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Product Development
Design and build modern web and mobile experiences using technologies such as:
TypeScript
React / Next.js
React Native
Flutter
GraphQL
Deliver end-to-end features from design through production deployment.
Develop scalable, maintainable, and resilient systems that support long-term growth.
Apply software engineering best practices to ensure code quality, performance, and reliability.
Contribute to architecture decisions, technical designs, code reviews, and design discussions.
Platform Engineering & DevOps
Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
Contribute to DevSecOps practices, including security automation, code scanning, and release management.
Improve platform observability through monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response processes.
Support deployment, hosting, and runtime operations across distributed environments.
Engineering Excellence
Establish and maintain coding standards, testing strategies, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices.
Produce clear documentation for technical designs, implementation approaches, and operational procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, platform capabilities, and development workflows.
Reduce technical debt through thoughtful design and continuous modernization efforts.

Collaboration
Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Share knowledge through technical documentation, design reviews, mentoring, and code reviews.
