Senior Genesys Observability Engineer

Key Technical Requirements (Must-Haves):

Genesys Expertise: Hands-on experience with Genesys On-Premises (Engage/PureConnect) and/or Genesys Cloud CX (routing, IVR/Architect flows, upgrades, and platform health).
Observability Stack: Strong experience designing and implementing telemetry frameworks. Candidates must have hands-on experience with at least TWO of the following three (all three is highly preferred):
LGTM Stack: Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir (for dashboards, log aggregation, and distributed tracing).
Dynatrace: Deploying OneAgent, utilizing Davis AI for anomaly detection/root cause analysis.
Splunk: Configuring data inputs, forwarders, and building dashboards for platform events and CDRs.
