Product Designer

Seeking a UX/UI Designer to take ownership of the end-to-end product design for their platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a team of machine learning and biological experts to scope, prototype, and ship features. Your primary focus will be taking complex biological world models and computational biology tools and turning them into intuitive, powerful interfaces for scientists and researchers.

Requirements
Proven experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, ideally in a founding or early hire capacity.
Direct professional experience designing for clinical or scientific settings (biotech, biology, laboratory, healthtech, etc.).
A portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex data workflows into elegant user experiences.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design for core platforms and artificial intelligence agents.
Translate highly technical, dense cellular data into clean, functional, and intuitive interfaces.
Establish the foundational design system and visual language for the company from the ground up.
Work directly with the founding team to scope, prototype, and ship features rapidly.
