IT Program Manager III

This position supports a portfolio of application management, infrastructure, compliance, and operational initiatives across multiple applications. The role involves coordinating application management, infrastructure onboarding, compliance activities, project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up for various technology initiatives. The expected outcome is coordinated execution, accurate reporting, timely delivery, and the successful completion of required activities.

Key Responsibilities
Review and coordinate incoming compliance, security, and infrastructure requests.
Track projects, milestones, risks, and action items.
Gather updates and maintain leadership reporting.
Coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow-up activities.
Support infrastructure onboarding and application management efforts.
Engage with internal technology and support organizations, including Application Managers, Development Teams, Support Teams, Infrastructure Partners, Architecture Teams, Project Managers, and Risk & Compliance Teams.
Required Qualifications

Technical Skills:
Experience with technology operations or project coordination.
Proficiency in Excel for reporting and tracking.
Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA.
Experience with project planning, documentation, and status reporting.

Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution discipline.
A self-starter and quick learner who can manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role within a large enterprise environment.
Experience with application management.
Background in Quality Assurance.
Experience with risk, compliance, or governance activities.
