Operations Analyst- Collateral & Margin

Manage daily margin activity across derivatives (IRS, CDS, TRS, futures), repos, and prime brokerage accounts for a leading alternative investment platform. Own collateral reconciliation, trade support, and process automation on a small, high-impact ops team.

What You'll Do
Manage daily margin movements and reconcile collateral positions
Maintain collateral systems and reference data
Investigate and resolve breaks
Support trade booking, settlements, and counterparty relationships
Automate manual processes (Alteryx, Power BI, Python)
Support regulatory reporting (UMR) and ISDA onboarding

What You'll Bring
Business-related degree, strong GPA
2+ years margin/collateral experience with derivatives exposure
Strong Excel; intermediate Power BI, Alteryx, or Python
Geneva, VBA, or SQL a plus
Track record of automating manual work
Organized, adaptable, strong communicator
