Travelling Commercial Superintendent

Qualifications
Experience leading or coordinating small teams in construction, restoration, trades, field operations or another fast-paced, hands-on environment
Construction, restoration, mitigation or disaster-response experience is a strong asset, with compensation reflective of relevant experience
Comfortable directing the work of field staff, contractors and sub-trades, including setting expectations, following up and addressing issues when needed
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage documentation, safety paperwork, reporting and timesheets
Comfortable using a smartphone, web-based applications and technology to upload, download and record information
Strong communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Safety-focused and comfortable leading by example in an active job-site environment
Valid, unrestricted driver's licence and strong driving record
Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs and wearing required PPE and respiratory protection
Comfortable working extended hours, a 6-day work week and rotational assignments in remote communities
Able to travel extensively and remain away from home for extended periods
