MEP Superintendent

Qualifications:

BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing MEP's on a commercial construction .
Proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team of professionals.
Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent decision-making skills.
Excellent knowledge of construction quality control, building codes, and safety regulations.
Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Professional certification in project management (PMP) or a related field would be an advantage.
