Churchill Summer Internship: Investment Infrastructure & Technology (IIT)

Summary
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Design, develop and maintain technology and data solutions that support core business and investment processes
Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver technical solutions, automate workflows and integrate AI capabilities where they create measurable business value
Participate in the full software development life cycle including requirements gathering, coding, testing, documentation, and deployment using modern engineering best practices

Requirements:
Preferred candidate will be a rising Senior (2028) expected to graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, with a solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals
Experience with SQL, data modeling, APIs, GIT, and modern development frameworks is preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
Demonstrated interest in building software, data products, automation, or AI-enabled solutions through coursework, internships, research or personal projects
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Familiarity with private credit markets, investment strategies, and asset classes is a plus
