Store Associate

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, listen to their project requirements, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on building materials and tools.
• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving shipments, organizing warehouse aisles, and ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and impeccably displayed.
• Transaction Processing: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to handle customer purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Product Expertise: Quickly gain a working knowledge of our inventory—ranging from lumber and hardware to specialty tools—to act as a trusted resource for our clientele.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and loading areas clean, safe, and clear of hazards to ensure a positive shopping experience for everyone.
