Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a hands-on CFO/Controller to lead financial operations, payroll tax compliance, and operational strategy for a growing payroll processing company.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting & cash flow
* Lead multi-state payroll tax operations, filings & compliance
* Manage audits, internal controls, tax matters & financial risk
* Improve payroll workflows, systems, automation & operational efficiency
* Develop KPIs and advise executive leadership on financial strategy
* Lead accounting/payroll tax teams

Requirements

* 5+ years of senior accounting/finance leadership experience
* Strong payroll tax & multi-state compliance experience
* Payroll processing, PEO, staffing, or related industry experience
* CPA preferred
* Hands-on, operationally focused leader
