Programs Advisor-Maternity Leave Replacement

Masa Israel Programs Advisor is responsible for helping connect young adults to experiences in Israel that fit their interests and needs. This includes:

Working with potential Masa participants to find the right program using sales methods and marketing tools.

Helping prospective and current participants resolve questions or issues.

Collaborate closely with the Digital and Ground Marketing department, as well as distributing efforts across ground and digital marketing campaigns.

Cooperating with program organizers.

Collaborating with international Masa Israel staff

Hours: Sunday, Tuesday 11 am – 7 pm; Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 3pm – 11 pm

Hybrid: three days in the offie, two days from home

Qualifications:

Verbal and written communication skills

Native-level English speaker

Customer service oriented

Attention to detail

Ability to work in a self-motivated setting

Computer literate
