Technology & Systems Specialist

EmpowerED Solutions & Services is a growing yeshiva management company providing back-office and operational support to schools across the country. We are looking for a smart, creative, and highly detail-oriented Technology & Systems Specialist to join our Technology Department.

This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who is naturally strong with technology and enjoys figuring out how systems can be used, improved, and built to better support an organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up, configuring, and refining the software and technology we currently use
• Making systems practical and user-friendly for our staff and the schools we support
• Developing and improving technology processes for onboarding new employees and new school clients
• Researching and evaluating new software, AI tools, and emerging technologies
• Understanding operational needs and translating them into effective technology solutions and workflows
• Assisting with integrations, automations, programming, and development projects
• Using AI and modern development tools to build, customize, and test solutions
• Thoroughly testing systems and workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly tech-savvy and exceptionally good at learning and figuring out software
• Excited about AI, technology, and finding better ways to do things
• Extremely thorough, methodical, and detail-oriented
• A strong step-by-step and tactical thinker
• Creative, curious, and resourceful
• Able to understand a need, think through the details, and carry a solution through from concept to implementation
• Familiar with programming concepts; programming experience is a strong plus, but not required

Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week; must be fully available during U.S. business hours

Compensation: Annual salaried position, equivalent to approximately $30–$40/hour, depending on experience, with growth potential.
