Sales Operations Analyst – Deal Intake
About the Role
Roga is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to support the Sales Team with processing new and existing sales opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and a quick learner.
Responsibilities
- Review and prioritize incoming RFPs and pricing requests
- Enter and verify RFP information in internal systems
- Retrieve and upload historical usage data when needed
- Process changes to existing requests
- Research account and facility information
- Identify and flag complex requests or potential conflicts
- Ensure information is processed accurately and on time
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines
- Proficiency in Outlook and basic Excel
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience with OnBase, inRetail, or ERCOT is a plus, but not required
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM Israel time
