Spearhead the entire billing process and liase between the company and the long-term care facilities. Daily duties include communicating with residents, families, and facility staff to ensure all collections, admissions, and finance needs are up to date and taken care of. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys creating relationships with people and is an efficient multitasker.
