Relationships are at the heart of our meaningful work. As a Senior Campaign Executive, you will share the Jewish National Fund-USA story with current and prospective donors, conduct research, and plan meaningful experiences. You will also develop and inspire leaders in the Metro New York area, going beyond the boardroom to influence future cohorts of Jewish National Fund-USA ambassadors.

This position will based in our flagship New York City office with the expectation of travelling throughout Metro New York and the surrounding areas on a regular basis. You will be expected to travel to trainings, conferences, and meetings around the country, when needed; there is also the potential for travel to Israel.

Position responsibilities:

Solicit donations from current and new donors between the ages of 33-40.
Prospect potential new donors using various direct methods (such as calling and face-to-face meetings), networking, mining the salesforce database, utilizing social media sites, and research.
Serve as lead staff for the Tri-State (Metro New York) JNFuture Board.
Plan and execute local JNFuture events and programs, in person and virtually, in partnership with the Events and Marketing teams.
Develop multiple pathways of engagement into JNFuture and the broader Jewish National Fund-USA ecosystem for young professionals between ages 33-40.
Represent JNF at various events to bring new donors into the fold and identify partnership opportunities.
Recruit JNFuture donors for JNF tours and missions to Israel.
· Participate in regular, ongoing meetings with the national JNFuture professional team, regional staff teams, and your supervisor.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
5 years experience in non-profit development, including support of non-profit boards and/or committees (preferred)
Excellent analytical and organizational skills; strong attention to details and the ability to balance a variety of tasks and deadlines.
Creative self-starter with the ability to work both independently as a team player
Excellent oral and written communication, planning, and organizational skills
A flexible and creative thinker able to find and create new giving opportunities for programs.
Self-motivated, outgoing and results oriented; ability and desire to set and reach ambitious goals.
Ability to respect and maintain donor confidentiality.
Ability to travel mostly throughout region and Israel on occasion except for National Conference, JNF University, JLIS.
