Early Talent Relationship Manager

How you'll make an impact

Position Summary

Specializes in management of early talent development related initiatives and internship programs and establishing regional early talent pipeline strategies.
Execute recruitment and sourcing strategies and deliver internship and development programs targeting the right candidates and communicating employee value proposition and company brand.
Engages regional leaders in program sponsorship, early talent pipeline strategy, and branch accountability. Leads regional campus and sourcing strategies to develop recruitment activity plan.
Manages regional candidate pool and leverages feedback and data to track program / participant success and drive continuous improvement.
May support early career development program delivery.
Applies advanced knowledge obtained through education and work experience.

Key Responsibilities

Managing products, systems and/or projects/processes, and working independently with limited supervision.
Facing function related problems that are sometimes difficult and moderately complex.
Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.

About You

Required

Requires advanced technical knowledge function typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
May have practical knowledge of project management.
University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
