Job description

What you'll do

Coach and develop your team of Account Executives to consistently hit quarterly and annual revenue targets
Establish forecast rigor, pipeline hygiene, and deal inspection practices
Partner with AEs on account strategy, discovery, sales calls, executive presentations, proposals, and closing plans
Provide direct, actionable coaching on prospecting, outreach, call preparation, qualification, objection handling, and sales execution
Use data and CRM reporting to flag risk, improve pipeline health, and drive accountability
Build a high performance, collaborative, customer focused team culture
Support onboarding and ramp for new AEs
Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and other cross-functional teams to improve go-to-market execution
Help refine sales processes, methodologies, and best practices as the sales org scales

What you'll bring

2โ€“5 years of sales management experience, ideally leading B2B SaaS Account Executives
Experience selling into healthcare or healthcare technology
A track record of coaching AEs through complex sales cycles and improving performance
Strong command of sales forecasting, pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and quarterly planning
Experience applying structured sales methodologies in real-world deal coaching
Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on deal involvement
Strong communication skills and comfort engaging senior customer stakeholders
A high degree of empathy, accountability, and cultural alignment with a team-oriented environment
Willingness to work flexibly across U.S. time zones, including occasional early Pacific-time or later East Coast client meetings

Nice to have

Experience managing a small, growing AE team
Prior experience as a top-performing AE before moving into management
Familiarity with healthcare provider, patient access, or digital health sales
Experience using Salesforce and common sales engagement tools
