Senior Test Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer for Microsoft 365. This role leads testing efforts for platform changes managed through integrated release management processes. The successful candidate will define, coordinate, execute, and report on end-to-end testing activities across multiple Microsoft 365 services, ensuring high-quality validation before production release.

Key Responsibilities
Lead testing efforts for Microsoft 365 platform changes.
Define, coordinate, execute, and report on end-to-end testing activities.
Review engineering requirements and release documentation to determine testing scope.
Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and regression test suites.
Manage testing activities using tools such as Octane, Jira, or similar platforms.
Validate platform functionality, integrations, compliance controls, and user experiences.
Support and maintain Microsoft 365 testing environments.
Work with engineering teams to communicate test findings, defects, and emerging risks.
Required Qualifications

Experience:
5+ years of experience in software testing, platform validation, quality assurance, or release management.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies in an enterprise environment.
Experience coordinating large-scale integrated testing efforts.
Hands-on experience with test management tools such as Micro Focus ALM/Octane, Jira, or similar platforms.
Experience managing testing environments and lab infrastructure.
