What You'll Earn + What You'll Get

Base Salary: $230,000 to $250,000 (depending on experience and schedule)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 (based on experience)

How You'll Make an Impact

Care for all ages: Provide outpatient primary and urgent care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, including well-child visits, immunizations, and preventive care
Diagnose and treat: Perform comprehensive evaluations and manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan
Drive the workup: Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
Own the plan: Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage follow-up care
Chart smarter: Document visits in the EMR using technology-driven tools and support quality initiatives
Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Licensed to practice as a Physician (MD/DO) in New York State
Completed residency in Family Medicine or Combined Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds)
Comfortable and experienced treating pediatric patients, including infants and young children
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training
Strong HIPAA knowledge; experience with EMR systems
Must obtain FMCSA certification within first 3 months (CDL exams)
MAT certificate required
DEA registration preferred
Preferred: urgent care or primary care experience; bilingual English/Spanish
