Job description

Sr. Managers, Software Development for Chicago, IL location. Responsible for creating a strong team supporting the buildout of our solutions enablement platform organization and delivering a strategic project vision. Partner with stakeholders across Vertical Markets, Global Solutions, Global Data and Analytics, Global Technology, and Global Operations to deliver innovative customer-facing solutions. Partner with our product management teams and collaborate with them extensively to build customer-focused strategies and roadmaps. Act as an instrumental part of the project engineering organization and lead the modernization of project delivery with use of public cloud platforms, DevSecOps operating models, and new enabling technologies. Deliver business value through the benefits of moving applications and platforms to a scalable, modern architecture that leverages public cloud. Enable market and solution areas through proactive dialogue on capability needs and mapping those needs to existing or new architectural patterns and standards. Utilize solid product development expertise and understanding of enterprise technologies, platforms, APIs, and microservices. Lead teams of technology leaders, managers, and advanced engineers for building critical platform capabilities and enabling critical business applications. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus 10 years of progressive experience in Software development required.
