Compute Engineer - Infrastructure Resiliency

This role focuses on engineering and supporting resilient compute platforms across physical, virtual, and hybrid environments. The position is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing compute services with a focus on availability, recoverability, and operational resilience. The ideal candidate will have strong server infrastructure experience and the ability to partner with storage, network, security, and application teams.

Key Responsibilities
Implement, administer, and support enterprise compute infrastructure across physical, virtual, and hybrid environments.
Manage and optimize Linux and Windows Server environments to ensure performance, security, and stability.
Engineer, maintain, and support virtualization platforms including VMware and Nutanix.
Develop and enhance solutions for high availability, disaster recovery, and backup integration.
Support provisioning, patching, configuration management, and hardening of server platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to operating systems, virtualization, and system performance.
Automate routine operational tasks, server builds, health checks, and compliance remediation.
Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks.
