Product Design Lead

Responsibilities:
Lead UX strategy and hands-on product design for complex enterprise applications
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable solutions
Partner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to shape product direction
Present design concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels
Drive consistency through established design systems
Work across multiple projects and business areas in a fast-paced environment
Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and user experiences

Experience Requirements:
10+ years of Product Design, UX Design, or Experience Design experience
Expert-level Figma skills
Strong experience with UX strategy, research, and complex problem-solving
Proven success designing enterprise, B2B, SaaS, or highly regulated platforms
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple concurrent initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working within design systems
Familiarity with AI tools and their use in the design process

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, UX, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Advanced degree is a plus but not required
