About the role:
Our Decision Science teams are focused on delivering immediate positive impact to our clients using the latest machine learning and data analytics techniques. We partner with a number of international clients in order to develop and implement our products. We are now looking for a talented Decision Scientist, you’ll be responsible for building Machine Learning models to support our products, and will include:
What you will do...
You will be responsible for designing our algorithms using relevant statistical and machine learning techniques
Define the quantitative elements of projects for internal R&D and external clients, predominantly success criteria
Contribute to the design, implementation, and testing of our products.
Communicating with varying levels of stakeholder in both technical and non-technical language
Have a continuous improvement mindset, with an eye for detail and pride in your work
Writing high-quality and well-documented code
Our ideal candidate...
You will have proven experience working on analytics projects within a STEM background
Pragmatic approach to deadlines, focusing on deliverables
Practical programming experience, ideally using Python, R, etc
Knowledge and experience of using Machine Learning, Data Science, and Statistical techniques
Experience presenting results and proposals to a cross-functional team
Familiarity with cloud computing tools, ideally Azure
Nice to haves...
Experience in a retail background would be beneficial
Keen on continuous technical development, data analytics trends and tools

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000 plus great benefits.
