Job description
As the Founding Content & Growth Lead, you will report directly to the Vice President of Growth & Marketing to build and own the company's market narrative from the ground up. Operating with high agency and direct access to the executive team, you will design automated content systems, execute rapid marketing experiments, and build a highly engaged digital audience. This role is designed for a resilient, creative self-starter who thrives in a high-ownership, fast-paced meritocracy and wants to be the public face of a category-defining brand.
Requirements
0-5 years of experience managing and growing digital audiences or online communities.
Proven track record of scaling a social account or community from scratch, backed by clear growth metrics.
Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment (fintech experience is highly preferred).
Hands-on experience building AI-powered content systems, workflows, or automated tools, moving well beyond basic text prompting.
Strong data literacy and a solid understanding of algorithmic distribution mechanics across platform channels like X and LinkedIn.
High risk tolerance with an innate bias for immediate action and autonomous execution.
Ability to work on-site regularly via a hybrid schedule in either the Palo Alto or New York City office.
Responsibilities
Own, build, and scale the company's brand and audience presence across X, LinkedIn, and other high-impact channels.
Develop opinionated, high-conviction content that converts market curiosity into enterprise pipeline.
Engineer sophisticated AI-driven content workflows and autonomous systems to track engagement patterns and scale output efficiently.
Collaborate directly with the CEO to amplify his digital presence and translate deep industry insights into compelling narratives.
Conceptualize and execute end-to-end growth experiments with full creative freedom and dedicated budget allocation.
