Nursing Unit Supervisor

We are currently looking to fill 2 full-time day shift positions.

Qualifications:

State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). BSN preferred

Minimum of 2 years of experience.

Supervisor experience of 2 years (preferred).

Responsibilities:

Lead and evaluate the performance of nursing staff and nursing assistants.

Perform staff nurse duties when required.

Plan and administer nursing services for the designated unit.

Ensure safety measures and disaster protocols are known and practiced.

Manage supplies and equipment efficiently.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and care plan initiation.

Reassess patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
