About the Role

The CSR will serve as an important point of contact for clients and professional partners, ensuring questions are answered, requests are handled efficiently, and follow-ups are completed on time.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Answer questions and provide updates regarding open requests and cases
- Follow up with various parties to obtain outstanding information and documentation
- Track open items and ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Organize documents and information
- Coordinate with internal team members to resolve questions and issues
- Escalate issues when necessary
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Proactively follow up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Assist with general administrative and customer-service tasks as needed

Experience
Prior customer service, administrative, insurance, financial services, office, or case-management experience is preferred but not required.
