Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9–5
Compensation: $50K–$60K + Monthly Commission

What you'll actually be doing:
- Figuring out why a patient's care paused or is at risk
- Having conversations with patients & families to build trust and relationships
- Teaming up with staffing & clinical teams to solve problems fast
- Owning your cases from first call to full resolution
No healthcare experience needed — just strong communication, persistence, and a genuine desire to help people.
