Healthcare Operations Associate

What You Will Do
Support the execution of day-to-day healthcare-related operations
Communicate and coordinate across teams and departments to help ensure information and work move forward smoothly
Follow up on outstanding items, confirm progress, and help move next steps forward
Organize, review, and synthesize healthcare and business-related information with a high level of accuracy
Use AI tools to improve day-to-day work efficiency
Identify gaps, delays, or communication issues and help move them toward resolution
Support improvements to existing workflows and operational efficiency
Assist with time-sensitive or cross-functional issues that arise during daily operations

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher; open to a variety of academic backgrounds
Strong logical thinking and ability to learn quickly
Comfortable using AI tools to support real work
High attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Strong sense of ownership, execution, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
Comfortable working with complex, incomplete, or changing information
Ability to exercise independent judgment and solve practical problems
Proficiency with Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, or similar productivity tools
Professional working proficiency in English

Experience applying AI tools in work, academic, or business settings
Familiarity with prompt writing, AI-assisted research, document processing, or structured outputs
Ability to use AI tools to improve information organization, documentation, or operational efficiency
Experience in healthcare, hospital operations, healthcare administration, or related industries
Experience in operations, business administration, healthcare administration, or similar roles
Experience with cross-functional communication or day-to-day operational coordination
Experience working with complex information, documentation, or process-driven work
Long-term interest in healthcare systems, healthcare operations, and practical AI applications
