The Facilities team is seeking a Facility Services Coordinator. The Facility Services Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all daily operations at the designated facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all mail room operations. Keep the mail room clean and safe for operations.
• Proficient with UPS and FedEx equipment and software.
• Proficient with Pitney Bows postage equipment.
• Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail and package deliveries.
• Greet visitors and with assist with site-related matters.
• Monitor office copier equipment daily. Maintain paper stock in all machines. Report
breakdowns to IT team.
• Responsible for ordering all copy paper for assigned location. Process special order
requests as needed.
• Partner with Facilities Manager on all daily needs for the facility.
• Partner with local Landlord on all functions requiring input from them.
• Partner with service-related vendors when on site. Monitor work to ensure services are
rendered.
• Support all special set up requests and catering deliveries for site events.
• Maintain all site storage space(s) if applicable.
• Assist with all assemble/disassemble office and conference room sets as directed.
• Set up and break down all meeting and conference rooms as requested.
• Assist executive suite personnel as requested.
• Partner with and support HR teams as requested (new hires, relocations, product
donations, access badges, and on-site events).
• Monitor shred bins. Arrange for destruction when 50% of bins are full. Monitor on-site
destruction.
• Maintain records and report total weight.

• Must be punctual and meet attendance requirements.
• Manage confidential information.
• Assist with daily maintenance calls and work requests.
• Other duties as directed by leadership

Physical environment
• Must be able to lift, carry and move items up to 25 lbs in weight.
• Education/Experience – high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years previous
experience supporting an office environment.
• Self-motivated – a self-starter who can work with a level of autonomy and doesn’t need
direction for every task that is asked of them
• Critical Thinker – can identify a problem and work it through until resolved.
• Clear Communicator – able to identify relevant information and then clearly and
succinctly transfer that information to the appropriate parties. Team Player who is willing to
pitch in and understands that everyone at Foot Locker is working toward the same goal.
