Required skills:

Proven experience leading enterprise Databricks implementations or migration projects.
Experience managing Azure Synapse to Databricks modernization initiatives is highly preferred.
Strong Product Owner and/or Technical Project Management experience using Agile methodologies.
Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional teams and third-party vendors (Microsoft experience preferred).
Strong understanding of Azure data services, cloud architecture, and modern data platforms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
