Senior Technology PM - Risk Transformation

We are looking for a Senior Technology Project Manager with strong experience in risk transformation programs within investment banking. The role involves managing delivery across technology and business teams, driving execution of large-scale initiatives across risk platforms, data and regulatory change programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery of technology-driven risk transformation programs (Market Risk, CCR, regulatory initiatives)
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, tracking and delivery
Work closely with technology teams, BAs and business stakeholders to drive outcomes
Track and manage project milestones, dependencies, risks and issues
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) where applicable
Ensure alignment across front office, risk and IT teams
Drive stakeholder communication and reporting across senior management
Support UAT, release planning and production rollouts
Must-Have Skills

Strong experience as a Technology Project Manager in banking
Proven experience delivering risk or regulatory transformation programs
Strong understanding of:
Market Risk / CCR / Risk platforms / data flows
Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, tech, quants, QA)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with Agile and/or hybrid delivery models
Domain Experience (Critical)

Experience in Investment Banking / Capital Markets
Exposure to:
Risk transformation programs (Market Risk, CCR, regulatory change)
Understanding of:
Trade lifecycle, risk data, reporting and system architecture
