Job description
We re looking for a Tech Lead to provide hands-on architecture and engineering leadership across UI, Backend & AI for an insurance underwriting platform.
10+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years in Technical/Solution Lead capacity
Strong P&C Insurance / Underwriting domain experience
Full-stack expertise with React + Backend
Strong AWS architecture & services experience
Hands-on AI/LLM / GenAI experience
Experience leading onsite/offshore teams
Agentic AI / LangChain is a plus
AWS certification is a plus
