Senior Microsoft 365 QA / Integrated Testing Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 QA / Integrated Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting the Microsoft 365 Integrated Testing workstream for the Copilot Acceleration project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise-scale test management, Microsoft 365 platform validation, and release management and a proven ability to plan and execute end-to-end integrated testing, manage test environments, and drive cross-functional issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

Lead integrated testing for Microsoft 365 platform changes through established release management processes.

Define, coordinate, execute, and report on end-to-end testing activities across Microsoft 365 services.

Review engineering requirements, release documentation, and test plans to determine scope and impact.

Coordinate testing activities and dependencies across technical teams and service owners; escalate critical issues and provide timely status updates.

Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites; manage activities in Micro Focus ALM/Octane and similar tools.

Upload testing evidence and results; validate platform functionality, integrations, compliance controls, and user experiences.

Lead daily and scheduled regression testing; keep scripts current with platform changes and feature releases.

Partner with engineering to socialize findings, spikes, defects, and emerging risks.

Support and maintain Microsoft 365 testing environments; manage lab refreshes and environment readiness.

Coordinate provisioning and maintenance of test accounts, tenants, endpoints, browsers, networks, and lower-lane or production-like environments.

Identify opportunities to improve and modernize testing infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years in software testing, platform validation, quality assurance, or release management.

Experience supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies in an enterprise environment.

Proficiency with test management and defect tools such as Micro Focus ALM/Octane, Jira, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of test methodologies, regression coverage, defect management, and release validation processes.

Experience managing testing environments and lab infrastructure, including accounts, tenants, and endpoints.

Organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
