Senior Product Designer / Real Estate

This is a full-time position offering significant ownership and influence over the company's product experience and broader design direction. You'll work in a highly collaborative startup environment where customer feedback, research, experimentation, and strong product judgment are central to how the team builds.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience designing digital products
Strong experience designing SaaS products, operational software, or complex systems
Excellent product intuition and strong UX judgment
Strong experience with product discovery, user research, and usability testing
Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows and systems
Ability to understand customer requests and uncover the underlying user problems
Strong systems thinking with the ability to simplify complex products without removing important functionality or context
Ability to frame ambiguous problems and influence product direction
Strong interaction and visual design skills
Strong command of Figma and modern prototyping tools
Ability to use qualitative and quantitative evidence to evaluate and iterate on design decisions
Comfortable speaking directly with customers and observing real-world workflows
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Comfortable operating with significant ownership in a fast-moving startup environment
Deep curiosity about AI products and the future of software interfaces
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience designing AI-native, conversational, or agentic products
Experience with analytics, monitoring, configuration, or operational tooling
Frontend knowledge, particularly HTML, CSS, or React
Ability to prototype interactions beyond static mockups
Experience working closely with Engineering teams from discovery through implementation
Experience using AI tools for research, prototyping, and design iteration
Experience working in an early-stage or rapidly growing startup
Familiarity with emerging AI capabilities and evolving interface patterns
What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities
Lead product discovery and help identify the most important user problems to solve
Design core workflows across the company's AI platform and operational tooling
Map complex, cross-channel user journeys and translate them into coherent product experiences
Improve experiences around AI agent configuration, reporting, monitoring, analytics, and operational workflows
Design intuitive AI interaction experiences for web-based conversational products
Explore and define new interaction patterns for AI-native and agentic software
Turn ambiguous ideas and complex requirements into clear product concepts and experiences
Conduct customer interviews, workflow observations, concept validation, and usability testing
Translate research and customer feedback into actionable product and design decisions
Explore multiple approaches through journey maps, workflow models, prototypes, and other appropriate design methods
Define success criteria and use qualitative and quantitative evidence to evaluate design decisions
Partner closely with Engineering throughout implementation to preserve the intent and quality of the experience
Contribute to product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap discussions
Establish reusable interaction principles and patterns across the product ecosystem
Continuously improve product consistency, usability, and overall quality
