Quality Automation Tester

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
Create and execute automated test scripts using Mabl, Selenium, and Appium.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Develop and execute API test cases using Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent tools.
Validate backend data using SQL queries.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and release activities.
Analyze automation failures, identify root causes, and drive resolution with development teams.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate ownership of assigned deliverables and proactively drive quality improvements.
Nice to Have:

Insurance domain experience.
Mobile testing across real devices, emulators, and simulators.
Performance testing exposure with JMeter or LoadRunner.
Accessibility testing knowledge.
Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation programs.
