Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer

We are seeking a senior PL/SQL Developer to support Trade Surveillance and Compliance platforms. This role is responsible for designing and implementing high-performance database solutions, building data quality controls, and enabling regulatory reporting and monitoring capabilities across trade lifecycle data. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PL/SQL, data engineering, and financial markets, with a focus on surveillance, compliance, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement high-performance database solutions.
Build data quality controls for regulatory reporting.
Enable regulatory reporting and monitoring capabilities across trade lifecycle data.
Manage multiple priorities in a regulatory-driven environment.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for database object deployments.
Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure data accuracy and control effectiveness.
Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development and experience with large-scale data warehouse or data lake environments.

Technical Skills:
Advanced SQL skills, including analytics functions and performance tuning.
Strong understanding of database internals such as indexing, partitions, and optimizer behavior.
Working knowledge of Python or Shell scripting for automation.
Familiarity with the trade lifecycle, including orders and executions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Actimize.
