Technical Solutions Architect

The Technical Solutions Architect will lead a strategic Content Management and Digital Workplace transformation initiative. This role will define and implement a modern content and collaboration ecosystem that improves user experience, reduces platform costs, and leverages AI across customer and employee-facing applications.

Key Responsibilities
* Define target-state architecture for a modern CMS and digital workplace platform
* Architect solutions across: Content Management Systems; Enterprise Intranet Platforms; Power Apps; Power Automate; AWS Cloud Services; AI Services and Integrations; Customer and Employee Digital Experiences
* Develop implementation roadmaps and migration strategies
* Evaluate build-vs-buy options and integration patterns
* Design API, workflow, content lifecycle, and security architectures
* Partner with business and technical stakeholders
* Estimate timelines, dependencies, risks, and complexity
* Provide technical leadership through delivery

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in solution architecture or enterprise application development
* Proven delivery of enterprise intranet, portal, or content management transformations
* Experience integrating AI capabilities, including search, knowledge management, content discovery, workflow automation, and generative AI
* Strong AWS cloud architecture experience
* Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
* Knowledge of APIs, microservices, integration patterns, and cloud-native architectures
* Financial Services industry experience is highly preferred
