Data Analyst Intern

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
Partner with key stakeholders within the People Team to gather requirements, understand data needs, and develop routine and scalable reporting solutions
Develop HRIS system reporting to ensure data quality & data integrity and to assist in the development and monitoring of system and process performance and service level agreements
Support ongoing data management and data governance strategies and assist the People Team with data clean-up efforts
Assist the Global People Operations team on special projects in the areas of process mapping, continuous improvement, and data governance
Gather, process, and analyze large data sets from various sources to identify trends and insights in the employee life cycle
Manage and analyze highly sensitive data sets to derive actionable business insights for key stakeholders

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related discipline
Internship or other experience in HR Analytics, Marketing Analytics or Finance/Business Analytics
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Be comfortable cleaning, sorting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data
Be able to translate data requirements into easily understood reports

And we'd love you to have...
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors
Experience in Power BI, Tableau or other visualization technologies

Hourly rate: $25/hr
