As a Summer Analyst in Software Engineering, you will help design, build, and support technology solutions used across Blackstone's businesses. Depending on team placement, you may work on software applications, cloud platforms, data systems, infrastructure automation, AI-enabled solutions, or internal developer platforms.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, data practitioners, and business stakeholders to solve real-world problems and deliver solutions that are scalable, resilient, and impactful.

Our teams leverage modern software engineering practices, cloud technologies, automation, and data platforms, including AI-assisted development tools and firm approved standards, to build systems that support critical business functions across the firm.

How You'll Make an Impact

Design, build, test, and support software solutions used across the firm

Develop applications, services, APIs, and automation capabilities

Build scalable systems that process and manage large volumes of data

Contribute to cloud-native architectures and platform engineering initiatives

Partner with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to turn ideas into production solutions

Participate in code reviews, testing, and software delivery processes

Write and review code with AI-assisted development tools, using firm-approved plugins, skills, and standards that accelerate the development lifecycle

Improve operational efficiency by automating repetitive tasks and workflows

Learn and apply modern engineering practices, tools, and technologies

Technologies You May Work With

Requirements

To be considered for the 2027 Summer Analyst Program, applicants must:

Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program

Have an anticipated graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028

Include expected graduation month/year and GPA on their resume

Expected annual base salary range:

$125,000 - $125,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
