Job description

In this role, you will:

Own the full deployment of Lupa into veterinary practices, from the first kick-off call through to a live, confident team that doesn’t need hand-holding

Immerse yourself in each practice’s workflows, understand how they actually operate day-to-day, and redesign those workflows around Lupa’s AI-native platform

Synthesise what you’re hearing in the field, from vets, practice managers, and receptionists into a sharp picture of where the product needs to go next

Partner with Engineering and Product to translate real-world clinical problems into platform improvements that scale across the entire customer base

Lead training sessions that drive genuine adoption, not just surface-level sign-offs

Present deployment outcomes and future roadmaps to stakeholders from practice owners to group-level executives

Build and deliver demos that win new customers and expand existing ones

Scope new deployment opportunities as we push into the US and new international markets

Your background looks something like:

3+ years in a deployment, implementation, forward deployment, or solutions engineering role ideally at a top tier management consultancy, B2B SaaS or tech company known for complex, high-touch deployments

A track record of managing multiple concurrent deployments without losing quality, pace, or customer trust

Comfortable engaging at every level of a customer organisation from the vet on the floor to the CFO in the boardroom

Some experience with data, scripting, or analytical tools (SQL, Python, or similar) you don’t need to be an engineer, but you need to be able to work alongside one

Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or another regulated, workflow-heavy industry (nice to have)

Background at a company known for exceptional deployment quality Palantir, Salesforce, Veeva, or similar (nice to have)

As a person, you:

Are not satisfied with surface-level answers you dig into the data, the workflow, and the real problem until you actually understand it

Have low ego, the outcome matters more than who gets the credit, and you’re as comfortable following as you are leading

Are genuinely curious and analytical, with a sharp instinct for product and a deep interest in how users think and behave

Thrive in unstructured, ambiguous environments where no two days look the same and the playbook doesn’t exist yet

Are excited to work in-person from our New York office.

Value working with people who are kind, ambitious, and pragmatic

What does success look like in 6 months?

You’re managing a portfolio of deployments independently and every practice you’ve taken live is a genuine Lupa advocate

The product team trusts your field insight and is already acting on it, you’ve changed at least one roadmap decision

You’ve helped shape how we deploy as we scale into the US, and your playbook is being used by the rest of the team
