Job description

Responsible for reviewing private fund subscription documents including subscription agreements, side letters, AML, and tax forms to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manages document intake, categorization, and data entry within Anduin and Appian, maintains status logs, prepares final document packages, and supports investor onboarding. Coordinates with internal teams, responds to client inquiries, executes test scripts for new fund launches and system updates, manages user access requests, and maintains an up to date issue tracker.

Responsibilities:

Accurately intake, review, and categorize subscription, AML, and tax documents using the Anduin and Appian platforms.
Maintain up to date status trackers and communication logs to ensure full visibility of onboarding progress.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams and engage Customer s counsel only when required.
Ensure all data entry is completed accurately and in accordance with established standards.
Collate, prepare, and execute final document packages for investor onboarding.
Provide clear documentation and timely responses to Customer inquiries.
Execute test scripts for new fund launches, bug fixes, and enhancement releases.
Maintain a current issue tracker reflecting all open, ongoing, and resolved items.
Process requests to add or remove users from Anduin in a timely manner.
Conduct analysis and perform test script execution to support ongoing project work.
Tools & Systems

Prior working knowledge of Anduin and Appian will be an advantage
Maintain proficiency with document management systems (DMS) and collaboration tools.
Support the migration of documents between systems as part of digital transformation initiatives.
Generate reports and dashboards from documentation systems for leadership reviews.
Process Improvement

Identify gaps in existing documentation processes and recommend improvements.
Standardize documentation workflows to drive efficiency and reduce rework.
Ensure best practices for documentation governance are followed across teams.
Mandatory Skills:
