Senior Technical Lead

Requirement/Must Have:

Expertise in Python and Django.
Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
Experience in microservices architecture design and implementation.
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services.
Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, and Agile methodologies.
10+ years in backend development.
5+ years of experience with Django.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Responsibilities:

Lead the development of backend systems using Django and Databricks.
Design and implement scalable, secure APIs and microservices architecture.
Integrate Azure Cloud services for application deployment and management.
Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
Optimize database performance and manage data storage for SQL and NoSQL.
Ensure high performance and security standards.
Participate in architecture design and technical decision making.
