Hallway/Lunchroom Monitor

We are seeking 2 dedicated and reliable Hallway/Lunchroom Monitors to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, structured, and respectful environment for our students throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students in various areas of the school, including hallways, restrooms, cafeteria, learning center, and during field trips.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, faculty, staff, and coworkers.

• Monitor student hallway behavior to ensure a safe and respectful school environment.

• Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Head of School.

Qualifications:

• Ability to supervise and engage with students in a firm yet supportive manner.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Ability to follow school policies, schedules, and safety protocols.
