Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00–16:30
Start: Immediately

Nest is looking for an experienced and passionate Educational Manager to join our nursery for children aged 6 months–3 years.

The Role
You will oversee the day-to-day educational and operational running of the nursery, including:
– Managing and supporting classroom teams
– Ensuring classes, schedules and daily routines run smoothly
– Training, mentoring and developing staff
– Maintaining high educational, care and safety standards
– Conducting classroom observations and providing feedback
– Supporting staff with challenges and ensuring strong teamwork
– Helping manage staffing, cover and daily operational needs
– Communicating with parents and management when needed
– Ensuring Nest’s educational approach is consistently implemented

We’re Looking For
– Someone who is organised, confident, warm and proactive
– Holds a degree in early childhood education and/or nursery management.
– You should be comfortable leading a team, giving feedback and taking ownership of the daily running of a busy nursery.
