Registered Nurse (RN)

Yedel Chesed is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated care for medically complex individuals residing in our group homes across multiple locations in Monsey, NY.

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours/week (in-person) with flexible scheduling options.
• Compensation: $45 - $50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• Benefits: A comprehensive benefits package is included.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health status of residents and provide timely responses to any changes in their medical condition.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical documentation and individualized care plans.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, family members, and the broader interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Provide ongoing training and clinical support to direct care staff.

Qualifications

• Required: BSN degree.
• Required: Active New York State RN license.
• Preferred: Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or medically complex patients.
